I enjoyed his run at midfield with Queiroz

and he was essential for so long. Reliable. Healthy.

But he was also frustrating in the latter, killer attacks with his constant stop the ball step overs and drawing fouls, taking FKs with better kickers on the field, playing hero ball, etc

Has nothing to do with James who deserves criticism for everything he’s done, but Cuadrado became a frustrating player but most average fans didn’t chastise him as they did everyone else. That’s all I was saying

but Cuadrado is definitely an all time great Colombian player both for club and country

 

He is frustating i agree and he choose often bad with nt....but at same time i underatand why he doesnt receive hate (not loved actually) he works hard and his contirbution in offeaive attacks isnt bad

Ps: at the eyes of not colombian fans he always bring danger etc

I personally do not mind Cuadrado but I just think he should have role off the bench.

 

I liked him as a midfielder under Queiroz but that didn’t last

 

I like that position for him too but not sure what Lorenzo has in store for him or if he even will call him up ever again.

 

As long as a team has colombian players I'll support it.

 

haha I like River better than Boca because of Angel and Yepes then Falcao. But def feels Boca really likes their Colombian players. They seem to buy more tho quality not as good.

Demichelis and Lorenzo are conspiring against him I suppose.

Seriously, I am sure they have their reasons. I just think Borja could provide us with some clutch goals up front if given a chance. Especially in Barranquilla like last cycle.
But he does not seem to be on the radar at all. And maybe not playing much lately at River is a factor (but even when he was playing he was not considered.)
