Problem with a back 3 is you need help from an actual defensive midfielder. We don't have one and haven't had one since De Rossi. Diawara is too inconsistent and Cristante is definitely not you want to rely on when the opponent is making a run in your box. We have midfielders playing defense and vice versa.

This is a lot more like the Roma from the first half of the season. Lets see if they can keep it up, all of our 2nd halves have been awful recently.
