I would love to see the passion of the sport grow and see it become normal to see scenes like this......... http://www.ultras-leverkusen.de/download/milan_lev_02_03.WMV What do you think?
Before the smoke blocks the screen, you can see LOTS of empty seats. I'm not a big fan of fireworks/smoke bombs in the arena. The singing was impressive, but not very "clever."
I would love to see Victoria Street like that too. But are flares allowed in any stadium in the U.S.? I remember going to a Juve-Inter game in Milan and it looked like sections of the stadiums were on fire, or whole sections of people were in flames...really cool. However, some of the home fans (Inter) threw some flares into the Juve fans on the first level from the second level...and Juve fans had to wait something like 45 minutes (under police supervision) after the game in order to leave the stadium due to the fact that there were tens of thousands of blood-thirsty Inter fans waiting outside the entrance. Now wouldn't that be a pretty sight at Victoria Street? -Josh Answer:Yes
The flares look cool but they're a bad idea. You can seriously hurt somebody with them. And they cause damage to the stadium seats. The Riot Squad and the Galaxians do a wonderful job of creating atmosphere at the HDC.
aHH, CHUCKING FLARES AT THE OPPOSING FANS, ISN'T THE GAME BEAUTIFUL? lol lol sOMETIMES EMOTIONS "FLARE" UP AND PPL DO STUPID THINGS Part of the passion. My friend who is a girl loves socccer because of the passion it brings out in people. HDC sounded GREAT tonite vs Chivas, all that is missing is the yellow and green smoke!!!!!!!!!!!!!
