    How about that performance, guys? They pressed Everton relentlessly, and created plenty of big chances. Sadly, St. Max's best runs did not result in goals, Joelinton's kryptonite is the opponent's goal, and Wood still needs to break his duck. Otherwise, we had no trouble advancing the ball through midfield. What a difference two quality fullbacks make! Trippier's crosses, especially, are always dangerous.

    This was before Guimaraes and Burn have gotten a start. Things are coming together. Out of the relegation zone at 17th, and more to come.
