Not much separates these two aside from shooting accuracy and conversion rate. Too bad that's really important.

Argh. What a wasted opportunity for three points.

Lots of missed passes in the final 1/3. Missed our 4th PK of the year. We were pretty clearly the better team but came away with only one point.

Yep, disappointing. But, it was good to see Klimenta back!

    Yes it was!

Did anyone go to the former player Q&A? Guzman was there as was Kiffe. Did I miss something and are these guys both without a club or are they injured? Guzman got injured I think and last I heard he was in St Louis. But Kiffe was with Reno this year, was he let go or injured?

I went, but they mostly talked about their 2014 team experiences. Although before it started i overheard someone tell Guzman, "we could use you!" His reply was "i'm thinking about it."

Probably just being nice, but who knows?

Cool. I’m still wondering about Kiffe, I just checked the schedule and they are playing today, so I guess there wasn’t a match last night. But I also see he didn’t play in their last game.

5 points and three places in the standings are the difference right now when a team cannot convert one of the most basic skills of a pro soccer player.

SRFC would be 10-4-5 and level on points with Phoenix if they convert three out of the four missed PKs (PHX, SLC, @SLC).

The way the western conference is bundled, those five points could be the difference between one or two home playoff games and going instantly to the road.

I've got that one @SLC permanently burned into my retinas. We dominated that game and lost. The race to the playoffs in the WC is gonna be a tough-mudder.
