    This is a fun match.

What's the whining about it? It was fair play. He swatted the ball with his hand, he got sent off with a red card and Gyan got a penalty kick. Gyan proceeded to miss and Ghana then continued by choking on penalty kicks. They had plenty of chances to win but choked. The real whining should be for plays like England's non goal call vs. Germany, or back in 2002 when U.S. had a sure goal handed off the line by Germany that was never even carded or had an opportunity for the PK.

Suarez really wants his goal, he's overdoing it, he's a good passer and needs to play for the team.

Taking a red card DOES NOT equal cheating. He wasn't trying to get away with anything. People like you are really and truly pathetic.

You'd not have a thing to say if Gyan could have converted his PK, so don't start because you're mad that a team who had everything they achieved in the tournament handed to them on a silver platter by the referees couldn't capitalize on their unjustly given gift.

They'd be playing a much more tactical game if this was the final.

No more Suarez handball talk. From now on, infractions will be handed out.

If I learned anything today it's that the third place match is very underrated. This is a lot of fun.

I don't See the reason with SA being angry with the boos. If people should accept the unfairness of Suarez, other people should accept the different opinion about Suarez.

Anyway Suarez makes a good match . He is less impressed by the boos than posters here are.

Unless they pop up with a new generation of class players I doubt it. Their best performers this cup will be old by the time 2014 comes around.

Let's not forget that this team barely qualified out of SA and one of the main reasons they did was because of a bogus penalty against Ecuador in the 93rd minute of the match in Quito. Then they barely beat Costa Rica.

Theyve done well but to me it's no different than Turkey overachieving in 2002.

Ian Darke is right - Kießling does look like Klinsi. I wonder how well he dives in the box. :D

So scary the German depth. Kießling = one scary thought as to what the hell is going on in the German systems.

Suarez is going to be a great player if he ever learns to think before he finishes.
It seems that everytime he just closes his eyes and shoots straight, as hard as he can.
