    I was about to say...

Capdevila is a pretty talented player to man both fullback spots.

If Spain can't move past the 1st stage with their best team ever, Spain should just quit and never again play a World Cup... or pull a Brazil 1950 and change the whole kit for superstition sake.

Spanish clubs would love an early exit; those MFers ruin the National squad. I would like to see more Spanish players leave Spain and develop in other countries since their country's clubs don't give a foc.

As for this game of course no one believes in Spain; the history has put forth too much evidence of their failures. Spain has to demonstrate they can be winners in the WC.

I do however believe this will go the way of the Yugoslavia game in 2000. 4-3 with a last gasp goal.

Going for Spain; but being a realist.

I just think its a case of a manager that doesn't know how to use the talent at his disposal. He is trying fit the players into his system rather than adapting the system to the players.

Spain team does it but so does the italian team. After a while you will see the results.

I hope Carmona gets some PT today. REGGINA.

Carmona had his second yellow last game, plus he got injured. He should play for us next game... that is, if there's a next game for us.

BTW, why is Villa allowed to play after him slapping an opponent?
I remember Frings getting suspended for a similar incident 4 years ago...is FIFA trying to get a big name through the first round, after France and Italy are already out?

I screwed up, Ramos is on as the right back and Pique and Puyol have switched positions.
