Absolutely nothing so far, huh? I'm seeing four fouls total on the EURO 2020 app and I can't even remember them.

Harsh to give OG on Alba's shot, I thought

Two Swiss fouls so far, both done to Morata.

Not sure a delayed flag was really called for at 40th min. Seemed awfully clear cut.

It does give OG a pretty dominant lead to the golden boot . . .

It's been difficult to try to figure what threshold they are using. So far from daylight, it seems to be a supernova.

10 OGs this tourney, 9 in all prior Euros. Casualty of "better" replays?

Probably to a small extent, but also seems like an anomaly, too. There were 3 in the last tournament and that had the same amount of matches and it's not like replays have improved that much in 5 years. Plus, some of the ones this tournament have been absolute howlers and not debatable.

I wonder how many were mis-classified in the old days but it's also worth remembering the tournament was quite small until 1996 (and not even really a "tournament" until 1980).

Nowadays, if the official view is that a shot was off-target but was deflected into goal by a defending player, it is an own goal.

"Back in the day", that was never the case - only things like mis-hit back-passes etc were recorded as "OG"s. Deflections, re-directions into the net etc were not classified as such.

Of course, that doesn't cover all the OGs in this tournament, some of which you could not consider anything else but "OG"s!

Good first yellow at 67'. Still really nothing much for Oliver to do, though. Not even really anything to manage.

The keeper would have had that if not misdirected.

I love Oliver so much. Never afraid to make an unpopular decision.

Commenters so clueless. Clearly endangered the safety of the opponent. Coulda snapped his leg that.

Clattenburg's commentary is infuriating. So it's not a red card because it's "1-1?" What!?

To be fair, there are serious arguments for it to not be a red, but the score is just totally irrelevant.

What's the difference with Palhinha his scissor tackle on De Bruyne for example? Unfortunately, too many of these type of tackles receive a pass for a yellow or not even that.

Its funny how all ex-players never think its a red card.

Must only be the current players who yell at the ref to issue cards.

    Well, that's over.

Commentators talking with their hopes that it should have been a yellow?

Well, well, well... I can see why he gave it, but were the studs/high boot glancing contact?

Yeah I mean Clatts waffling that it's not C&O is a total bunk. Score is or should be meaningless.

Former players aren't interested in continuing to play!

I understand the red, but I thought it was a yellow, personally.
