I mean lran's opportunities were more dangerous in the beginning in the half than in the rest of the half.

That's what happens when ghoddos hibernates on the bench the whole tournament.. comes on and misses that. Not a terrible miss but a bad miss anyways. At least we are getting chances now.

 

I don't know if we are playing better or USA is playing with less urgency. Likely a mix of both. I am surprised US has not created anything with the more space we gave them this half.

you don't think Iran had better opportunities in the beginning of the half? They had some aproximations at the beginning before they went full CQ.

 

NO. They created nothing, if you don't shoot or create a shooting opportunity, how can you say they had better chances than a side that had 9 shots, 3 on target, with a goal scored?
