Browsing through BS late at night I wasn't expecting any sound and thanks to this stupid ad I woke someone up.
OK NOW it got in the way of my modding.... I had a hard time trying to close a thread this ad kept blocking me.

I did think that was funny. I learned about commitment by being forced to go to sh*tty family functions.
ACtually, I learned about commitment when that marine ad made me committed to keeping the cursor off the top of the screen.
I've single handily clicked on that banner at least 50 times now because if you don't click absolutely perfect, it doesn't close. A very effective ad, however, I do hate the marines now.
Thankfully I haven't seen it anymore. Now is all about simple mobile but this ad behaves and doesn't take over my screen.
Is there some way we could let the Marine Corps recruiters know this? I'm really annoyed, too, and I come from a military family, with my closest uncle and cousin both being marines.
I'm really tired of hearing about who taught the butch marine about commitment! Please, get a new roll-over ad or - and this would be preferable - get ads that are a little easier to avoid activating every time I visit.

Why do we even need the Marines any more? What do they offer, militarily, that isn't done, or couldn't be done - by the Army and Navy?
