    Great result. However, too bad for Diego, having the ball taken away from him on the Penalty & then having his goal disallowed. Keep working Diego.

    23 shots for United, 10 of which were on target. An impressive display, especially considering the importance of the game. It's a good sign that United's thriving on the pressure again this year.

    All in all, it sounds like it was a great display of soccer. Too bad nobody in the US had an opportunity to see it.

    He had the goalscorers he needed on the bench if he had needed another goal, though. I don't think he envisioned wanting to bunker to protect a lead against this side.
