They're templates for specific positions - they rate performance at specific things. Generally, the bigger the prong for a specific stat, the better a player is at that. If a player hits the widest circle, that means the player is in the top 5% of his position for that stat (not adjusted for his age). Iwobi's pass completion and passes into the box are in the top 5% for all attacking midfielders. His throughball and key pass numbers are also very, very good, and he does a good job of holding onto the ball. You can debate whether or not he should be dribbling more (unclear how good he is at it), and he needs to shoot from better positions (those xG/shot numbers ), but for a twenty year old, those numbers are absurd (albeit for a very small sample size). It's one of those instances where the stats confirm what our eyes tell us: Iwobi is assured in possession, is a good passer, and has really good vision and awareness. He's the player that we wish Ox would become, essentially.
Dude can pass, dribble, makes good decisions, isn't afraid to take on, excited to see what he does this year.
