The most important thing to do is incorporate our new players into the team. Something Zizou refuses to do. What point is it to buy more players if Zizou doesnt use them?

To me VJ should be the first on the team sheet. To be honest it's the difference between Dortmund and us for example. They play their youngsters the whole time. Give VJ and Jovic 25 games a season. Let older guys like Karim be supersubs when the team lacks mentality.

 

Bvb can play youngsters because they don't care about success. They've same story each year, they're used to being Bayern's bitch. Continental success is again something that they're hardly known for. Their strategy is unlikely to be successful with Real Madrid because the objectives of our board are different.

 

Let me put it in another way . So you think with the players Zizou is fielding we will be succesful? (Read Isco , Bale , Hazard , Benzema)

Nobody suggests we go full BvB at this point. The best solution in general is balanced one between experience and youth. Especially in the long run.

I know this isn’t Football Manager 2020 or FIFA and it’s nearly impossible to sell 10 players in a single transfer window but it has to be done somehow. This team needs a total overhaul, not 1-2 signings and sales per summer. Enough of that “FrEnCh ReVoLuTiOn” garbage. This team is a rotting corpse that we keep pushing to play every week when it needs to be buried instead. There’s a ton of players that aren’t even good enough to be backups here, let alone undisputed starters. This isn’t 2016 or 2017, it’s time to wake up. Bale, Benzema, Isco, Modric, Marcelo, Mariano, James, Lucas. All of these players need to be moved on asap, they just aren’t good enough anymore. Hell, even Ramos and Carvajal. It’s almost time to move on from them too. But I’m dreaming and all of the above will be here next season (except James, probably),

Unless their name is Mbappe, I don't see any player coming into this squad and displacing ZZ chosen few.

 

We need to spend big on forward signings this summer, big, we cannot go into next season with Benzema as our main striker, and Bale in the squad. We also cannot go into next season with Carvajal as our starting right back.
