Re: Re: Low Activity on Board Yes, Yes, Best team to NOT win the World Cup final, Cruyff, Jonk, etc..... Been working too much here as well, and GASP!! Still without FS World this season.
As one of the most ancient ones on these boards I can remember it in its fisrt run and seeing it more than once. And that was when you needed to go to the theater to see it. A dose of the old "Ludwig Von". I continue my roughly one post a day.
After watching the show at the movies, the girl I took and I grabbed a bottle of Bolly (Well it could have been Andre!) went back to my apt. and recreated the “Cutting holes in the dress” scene, accompanied by the sounds of Ludwig. Wonderful evenings entertainment…!
Ah those were the days, my friend. The pill was available and no STDs a dose of penicillin couldn't handle. A movie and a bottle of cheap wine --- gauranteed score.
Warm sake and "Adaptation" worked for me...erm, never mind. Honestly, and I know how lame this sounds, but the baseball playoffs are taking up quite a bit of my time. Jesus, A's versus the Red Sox, Giants versus the Marlins, Cubs versus the Braves, it's too much. And they're all great games.
Wonderful days, late hippie era, free love, the pill, no bra's, no AIDs and I lived in an apt. near LAX. all junior engineers and stewardess' one huge party that just kept revolving the faces. And the Beatles were boss..! Old fart talk...! Luv it.
It might correlate with the low activity on the pitch. Trust me, if a depleted Liverpool squad(they will miss Didi and Baros the most) can beat a depleted Gunner side, this board will be buzzing. You watch. I don't think it will happen, just my opinion.
I haven't been on bigsoccer as much due to my moderating duties over at bigfooty, however I'll try to get on here more and post about my beloved Liverpool. Great goal from Harry tonight, (Melbourne time) pity we couldn't go on with it and beat Arsenal.
where in SF do you live? most of the women i run into don't like men. maybe i am just looking in the wrong places. oakland is where it is at!
Excuse me if I get a bit smarmy to comments like that, but if you think for a second that every woman in SF is a lesbian, than you really need to get out of that toilet of a town that you call Oakland (i'm kidding, i'm kidding). I live by GG Park Panhandle, near Upper Haight Street. I spend most of my time in the Mission District, though. They have the best Mexican restaurants and the best dive bars.
Re: Re: Low Activity on Board I miss SF and the beautiful California girls. But I'll wait and see how Governor Arnie does before making a move out west.
now now. i never said anything about sexual orientation or being lesbians. sorry if my post was misunderstood. besides this board is about LFC not about the bay area and the nutters that reside there. all us bay area folks should put aside our differences and get together to watch a game on of these days. any good places to see a match?
Well the scouse accent attracted me to a young lady I saw for a few months in this period so I figured it would work the other way as well.
