What I had to come back to start this up?

Final home game and my team is influenced by that and the still mathematical possibility of second.

    ------------Reina
    Finnan---JC--Sami----JAR
    SG---Xabi-----Momo--Harry
    -------Crouch---Robbie

    Dudek
    Morientes
    Cisse
    Hamann
    Traore

Looks good to me, and I agree that we need to field a strong line up. Until it is mathamatically impossible we need to keep pushing for second place... Its hard to actually want Chelsea to win though.

I think Carragher, Finnan, and Sissoko will all be rested as they are the only regulars that played against West Ham. I would have Agger, Kromkamp, and Cisse in their place.

Agger is still crocked, I think. Kromkamp looked right crap on Wednesday. And Cisse in the midfield??? You must be joking. Would you move Harry infield and play Cisse on the left or move SG in and have Cisse do his regular crap job on the right?

I'd say it would be pretty self-explanatory that we'd be moving SG in and putting Cisse out wide.

    -------Dudek
    kromkamp--sami---traore---warnock
    -----------didi
    cisse---xabi--garcia---harry
    --------morientes

we'll be able to get a result against a Villa team that has been crap of late as our home crowd will be cheering on the boys. If Rafa has made up his mind and Robbie is leaving, he'll make a final substitute appearance to great applause.

Why would you leave Gerrard out, considering that he got a full rest on Wednesday?

And I would put Crouch in ahead of Morientes. Garcia is also suspended.

I thought Agger was supposed to have a fitness test before the West Ham game...he must have failed. If he still isn't fit, then Traore should play again. Carragher needs a rest. Kromkamp was crap in the midfield but thats not his position. Give him a chance at right back. Cisse would start on the right and maybe switch sides with Kewell at some point. The idea is to get ready for the final. We would need a miracle to finish 2nd, and this side would beat Villa anyway. If Rafa was willing to rest players on Wednesday, why wouldn't he tomorrow?

    My lineup would be:

    -------------Reina
    Kromkamp--Hyppia--Traore--Riise
    Cisse------Gerrard---Alonso--Kewell
    ----------Fowler---Crouch

that is my bad. I meant to put Gerrard instead of Garcia. was talking with a friend about his suspension and mistakenly placed him in the lineup.

Thats about right, with Stevie G. maybe coming off and Momo in to give both some rest.

Crouch must score in this one :D

i reckon rafa should play dudek again and give reina some more rest
also cisse is on form of late and should continue to play because if he can kick goals still he will be in good form still when it comes to the Final of The Fa Cup.
