That was an absolutely superb performance. Four unbelievably good goals and complete dominance. This is what we waited months for. A reminder that Liverpool are the best team in the world. Liverpool are going to be champions.
Each of the goals were absolute beauts ! That was a quality performance , top marks all round . Young Neco Williams looked right at home too . Unlucky not to get a goal there too.
Probably one eye on the golden boot but would have been useful to give Minamino the tap in to get off the mark.
I thought he did - he tried to nonchalantly pass it from the outside of the foot. Should have done that earlier.
We should run out and get Champagne ready, we might have to pop them tomorrow. A virtual group toast, lol.
During shutdown I bought myself a 2019/2020 prem home shirt with CWC badge. Promised myself not to put it on until we have won ..........
Since 2008 Liverpool are the first team to prevent an away side from having a single touch in their penalty area.

Fabinho celebrated his 41st victory in what was his 50th Premier League appearance; only Didier Drogba, Arjen Robben, Ederson (all 42) and Aymeric Laporte (43) won more of their opening 50 games in the competition.
I wasn't able to watch at the weekend (and didn't miss much), but this was so much fun, a reminder of just how skilled and dominant this team can be.
