So in the Toy Story universe, if Buzz Lightyear is a toy based on an actual astronaut who did all this stuff, why is Andy's family driving around in a crappy station wagon living in suburbia? This makes no sense if there is the technology in this movie to get a guy into space and deal with aliens.
