We know modern football and money have a huge correlation. Europe has been consistent with their football clubs and international competitions compared to every one else in the world. Here's my question you guys, can we easily say Uruguayan league was top 5 during the 60's? If so any sources you guys can recommend to find out? I tried IFFHS but it seemed that the table update regularly and there isn't historic data dating back during that time period.
