To save their club, Lausanne Sport is looking into being the farm club for Basel. Lausanne is in a world of hurt financialy wise. They have until 18 December to repay a bunch of debts. This is a possibility that could keep they around. What would happen if in the future Lausanne Sport made it back to LNA, then you could have Basel take the good players and leave a youth team in LNA. Sure it would be good experience for the youth, but would the quality of the league deminish? The article talks about training mostly, so that could be a good thing.
