Latest Data Update for CM4 released (8/27/03)

    &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp After you download and install Enhancement Pack #5, don't forget to download and install the latest data update (19.4 mb) which was just released in late-August. :cool:

    I've never used a Data Update before. Are you supposed to use it before starting a new game or can you install one while you have a current game?

    Actually an Even NEWER Data Update was released on 9/2/03 at

    www.cmupdate.com

    Its the same guys who made that update. The 2nd one is better as the Transfer Windows is closed in the 2nd one.

    If any of you US CM fans arent aware of the issues surrounding 03/04 and MLS, I dont want to be the one to break it to, so go find out.

    Its probably the stupidest thing ever. If I could spell the word "incensed" I'd use it!

    So no MLS in the new CM.... sadly this will be the first CM game that i will not buy.

    Yea i would say i might not buy the new CM. But i just got a new computer with Windows XP and the CM4 is the only one you can play on XP. Sucks but i do enjoy having a new computer

    Plenty of people (myself included) have had no problems with earlier versions of CM on XP.

    ps, cm4 works fine on my comp(with xp)

    Yeah. My computer has XP and I still use CM 00/01 along with CM4
