They also have a few other leagues too as well as other sports. Well worth a look. http://www.laola1.tv/en-int/live-schedule
They've been showing champions league and Europa league qualifiers. They have eight Europa league qualifiers scheduled for tomorrow, all available in the USA. Perhaps a mod can change the title of this thread to laola1.tv? What's the process for that?
So far it appears this site shows so far for upcoming season -Random Champions League qualifiers -Random Europa League qualifiers -Latvian Cup -Austrian League 1st and 2nd Division -Slovenian League -Random pre season friendlies (Brazilian league seems to be geo-blocked)
I paid the $5/month because of all these games they provide. I'll be interested to see what else is on once these qualifiers are over. But, it's a chance, (for we addicts of The Beutiful Game), to watch some clubs that we wouldn't otherwise get to see; oh and in a major competition!! I think Greek, Austrian, Slovenian, and Belarussian Leagues are there...Brazilian Serie A but it's not available in US. Only suggestion is if we could watch multiple games simultaneously and/or some DVR features.
I'm so glad people are starting to check out the service because of my posts. I've been a subscriber for years. I watch the CEV Chsmpions league too over there. Those volleyball matches are archived. The Greek league is only Paok's home matches. They didn't sign the international tv contract like the other clubs, so they stream them there. Also, the Ukrainian league is back this weekend. Last year the derby experienced technical difficulties though and wasn't streamed.
I had 2 streams going today. 1 on my phone that I could throw up onto my tv, and another on my PC laptop. The quality is great and just listening to the crowd is my favorite. The buzz, the cheers, the goal reactions! I wonder which other leagues will be available once these CL and EL qualifiers are over, other than the Austrian, Slovenian and Belarus Leagues.
So a day after BeIN did the same thing for an EFL Cup game on connect, today Laola turned a Europa League playoff game off after the regulation time had ended, even though it was headed to extra time.
Do you know if PAOK games will be with Laola this season. I did not see them on their upcoming schedule for this weekend. PAOK plays at home.
A lil disappointed. The Austria and Germany versions seem to have way more good leagues. It be nice if the international got some of those
Paok is negotiating with someone else apparently. They will have something up and running soon. If that fails I can definitely see them going back to laola.
PAOK is not with Laola anymore. Their first home game was not available anywhere except Greece. They did not sign the contract with Superleague that makes all the league games available on Sport Plus and Antenna Satellite in the US and Canada. According to an e-mail I got from PAOK, they are negotiating with another platform, which will be announced soon. You would think they would have this in place before the season started.
Is this a legal streaming service? I'm guessing it is (since it can be discussed here), but anything with an unusual name worries me that it might be an aggregator of illegal streams.
They only have one champions league qualifier today (Hibernians v FCI Tallinn), but they have about 10 Europa League qualifiers on Thursday. I was very happy with this service last summer, although I didn't stick around for their offerings after CL/Europa qualifying was over.
I am watching right now. I stuck with it all year because they have lower European Leagues, a lot, that can provide the soccer /football fix we all chase. Streaming is quality. I've been more than pleased.
As of early this morning, Laola1.tv has 16 Europa League matches scheduled for today!! http://soccertvblog.com/tvguide/ SA
Most don't have commentary, so it's just football and the crowd...albeit a scarce one at times. But it's late June and we have a full slate of Europa League football on all morning/afternoon. I love watching these lesser known teams, (although Rangers play later), just for the sake of seeing styles clash and hearing some other languages. Love it!!!
