Anyone planning to take an extended lunch to see the game? I've actually got the day off - so I don't want to stay at home if fellow fans are gathering somewhere.
There is a discussion on the LA Riot Squad board about extended lunch meetings throughout the LA area. OK, maybe not throughout the whole area. Thus far, confirmed meetings have been set up in Pasadena (Lucky Baldwins) and in Woodland Hills (BJ's Bar & Brewery). Check out the thread: Operation LA Extended Lunch
Thanks guamie - I guess I might take the Gold Line up to Lucky Baldwins. Then I don't have to worry about driving home drunk in the early afternoon. Sometimes I feel like the only Galaxy fan who lives in L.A. proper. There's always fan meetings in Santa Monica, Pasadena, the Valley - nothing in actual L.A. I guess it makes sense - even our stadium is slightly out of town.
