Messi is winning it, it's not even a competition. Barca have the League and Cup all tied up, the little man is on like 236 goals for the season. Liverpool could end up empty handed.

If he's out in semis then he isn't winning shit. The winner of UCL is most likely Balon d'Or:
    Ajax: de Ligt
    Tottenham: Son
    Liverpool: Salah/Van Diijk
    Barcelona: Messi to choke.

De Ligt, Son? Huh, are you serious? Not in a million years. It's Messi's for sure, he's been sublime this season.

Nobody cares if he's been sublime in his own backyard(La Liga, Copa del Ray) if he doesn't win the UCL. I can guarantee you that Messi won't win Balon if Liverpool knocks then out and it'll be between de Ligt or Son and Salah/Van Diijk.

People are sick of Messi and Ronaldo winning it and they won't be getting it unless they win UCL.

You really think the Ballon d'Or will be won by a 19 year old CB or an all-rounder like Son? Not to mention that Salah, who was incredible for Liverpool last season didn't stand a chance at the end of the day. He's much worse this season. Van Dijk, oh well...

I'd say that Messi in particular has proven than winning the CL is definitely not a necessity. Just look at his wins in 2010 and 2012. In any case: Messi has been sublime in all respects, he's by far the best player and has by far the biggest chance of winning it. It's gonna be a walk in the park for him.

I'm with City. Definitely prefer them winning PL over Salah

Yeah, in case of Ajax winning the UCl and him scoring 1 more crucial goal.

Family is tough. Some times you got to slap Family around and tell Family about themselves.

In the end they are still Family. Right Crissy?

This dude lol. To think if he didn't throw a fit and push Florentino to be sold he would have another Balon and not lost another chance ever at winning a CL.

Silva “always to the left” and Spurs LB still does not get it.

    PL POTS shortlist

    Van Dijk
    Sterling
    Bernardo Silva
    Aguero
    Mane
    Hazard

5 of those 6 were pretty much how everyone speculated anyway, and certainly were in my top 5. Mane could maybe have dropped out and been replaced by another (Son probably. Maybe Firmino)

It will be either VVD or Sterling who wins. I would give it to VVD personally.

    Young POTS:

    Sterling
    Bernardo Silva
    Rashford
    Rice
    Alexander-Arnold
    Brooks

Sterling or Silva will take that. Quite insane that James Maddison is not in there. I would have him as 3rd best the 2 mentioned.

At the end of the season he would still win a silverware. We, on the other hand, won't.
