La FIFA veta jugar a más de 2.500 metros de altura....... What the F**k, when will fifa stop?

I read this article in la razon. it says that fifa is making it official about not playing above 2,500. This is crap its way more dangerous to play in above 90 degree weather but bolivia has never complained when we had to play in brazil or venezuela. God dame cry babies
