i hope to see carlos bocanegra play well in a losing effort. also i hope mbia plays well against his former team today and marseille get the three points. hopefully they arent looking ahead to next weekends match against bordeaux but i doubt deschamps will let that happen.

Rennes is a solid team. L'OM will have a tuff fight on their hands on the road. I am sure the focus will be there. To play for L'OM is like playing for Real Madrid or any other big team. Every match matters. If you don't want to know the result, then don't read any further

    Stade Rennes 1 - 1 L'OM
    goals:
    Jerome Leroy (37') pen
    Mamadou Niang (52')

A tough match; I was quite impressed with Rennes. They could be the team to challenge the top three, and I'd be surprised if they didn't at least finish fifth.

A decent point for us, I don't think many teams will beat them away.

I felt this wasn't a good signing, but I was willing to give homie a chance. Didn't like what I have seen from him. Always felt he was over-rated. Seen him a lot. Man U, R Madrid, Argentina Nats. Dude is just over-rated. Maybe it's his hair that draws everyone to him:rolleyes:

heinze did look pretty bad yesterday but to be honest just about everyone looked awful. that was about as bad as i have seen marseille play and the fact that we ended up with a point is fine with me.
