So why is it okay to eat the meat of those animals, but not others on Fridays? Was that a totally ambiguous and random edict? And why can you still eat foods that were made with animal products, but you can't have soups or gravies made from them? Because of the meat taste? Then what about new fangled soy products that have meat taste but no animal parts? And what about eggs?
