    And FYI, cute dog. We have a boxer named Abby. My cousin decided she couldn't keep her due to a move and we got the dog from her about a year ago.

    She's great, actually. Better than the sorry-ass lab that's also here. Sweet dog, but dumb. Like really dumb.

    Abby's cool though. I never thought I'd like boxers, but I do. (I'm more of a rottie fan myself.)

    P.S.- That blonde hair is horrid. I mean, I don't like Hope Solo, but I did think she was pretty, until she dyed her hair.

    I had never had a boxer before either, but I wanted a puppy and I saw an ad in the paper for boxer puppies and I went to visit and fell in love with Dodger. I think dogs know who they want to live with, he totally picked me.

    They're surprisingly good dogs. And really freaking smart. I mean, I guess the droopy faces and slobber give them a dumb look, but they're apparently one of the more intelligent breeds. I don't know about yours, but mine is a chicken.

    Eh. Sorta-kinda. She's sweet to us -- does that count?

    Before she came to us, she was a house dog. Now, she's a yard dog. We have about 2 acres fenced in around the house, so she runs around all day with our dopey lab. The problem with the fence is, it makes her protective. So, while she's never bit anyone, she's not had the chance ... If that makes sense.

    And yes, she seems to be a smarter breed. She minds very well. Our rotties were all very smart ... but the various bird dogs we've had? Not so much.
