Bob I got things running on schedule. I got the turkey out of the brine and will pop it in the oven in a bit. I got everything that needed to be chopped done last night. The pie and brownies were done last night. I got the prep for the canapes done. Things are running well in my kitchen. And I have several sharp knives should any one of the fam come in and start picking at things.... I will not tolerate sampling before it is done.
