If it's May 2, then Mary and I will have to wish you well from afar, because we'll be out of town. If it's some other date, then any kind of support that can be provided by a house/basement/backyard four blocks off Lincoln Park (e.g. if there's any need to store stuff in the days leading up) is yours.

I agree. I think it is a wonderful idea but it could backfire. Imagine doing a ton of PR for this by alerting the press and it A. rains and nobody comes out or B. we get 100 or 200 people. Unfortunately, I have family obligations in Chicago that weekend.
Ditto for the Kidwells - we live on 15th & C & only have a 1-bedroom so we couldn't be a meeting place, but we would be happy to store anything at our house or serve as a staging area. Regardless, we'll be there to march!
