Alas, it was at this very inauspicious moment that Mr. Keller's knees disintegrated with age and caused him to topple to the ground. (I find it adds something if you say this with an officious British accent as if you were narrating a nature documentary.)
Everyone at the funeral considered it sad irony that Keller was killed by the Mwanga Express in front on the Continental Tires board.
