Hopefully Danny gets rewarded for the match winner with a start this time.

Everton will probably field their 1st team (mostly anyway) so this will be an excellent chance for Danny to prove himself.

Really hoping Danny gets some minutes today, and can open a couple eyes..

I'm thinking late game sub again (last 10-15 minutes)....

Here's a nice article from Arsenal's official site about Danny, his goal against City, and his thoughts on a home debut tonight.

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised to see Danny get the start at LB due to the fact that Cygan is not on the squad. IIRC, Larsson played out of position at LB last time and looked average there. I would look for Djourou to replace Cygan in central defense and Danny to replace Larsson at LB, with Larsson getting a runout in the midfield.

    That would be nice.

BTW, when to ManUnited and Liverpool have their Leage Cup games?

Also, I damn sure want a Karpassiyoon No. 46 Arsenal jersey! Anyone can hop on the bandwagon once he gets a lower number, but No. 46 means you were there from the jump. :D

ManUtd & Liverpool are up tomorrow.

Whitbread has already been tapped to start by Benitez.

Howard will likely start for United but Spector could have a tough time as rumo'u'r has it that Fortune is to start at LB.

Everton lost 1-0 to Chelsea with a very similar line-up to what Danny will be facing tonight. Should be a challenge!

    Everton line-up tonight:
Wright, Hibbert, Yobo, Stubbs, Pistone, Watson, Gravesen, Cahill, Kilbane, McFadden, Bent. Subs: Weir, Naysmith, Chadwick, Osman, Turner.

Everton line-up this past weekend v/s Chelsea:
Martyn, Hibbert, Weir, Stubbs, Pistone (McFadden 84), Watson (Campbell 80), Osman (Chadwick 90), Cahill, Gravesen, Kilbane, Bent. Subs Not Used: Turner, Yobo.

    Good work.

So, eight of today's starters were in the first XI a couple days ago against one of the world's richest team, and one more of today's starters came on as a sub against Chelsea.

Safe to say this is pretty close to Everton's best available team.

I think most teams will play very strong teams this week. SAF is rumored to start RVN, Giggs, Rooney, O'Shea, Bellion, DJ2, Klebs, Fortune, P. Neville, Fletcher and Howard tomorrow. Even Keller is on the bench today for Spurs. The exceptions will be Arsenal & Liverpool (Whitbread is confirmed to start).
