I'm usually a Nazi about posting NT stuff in YA forums, but what conclusions might we make from evaluating only NT appearances. Would they differ significantly from those based on club play?

He hit a decent long-shot at about 81 that gave Furth a 1/2 chance. He's got such a good shot from distance, best in the US pool at times. But needs to use it more/better and obvs. could use a few other tools in the kit.

Great on the volleys, great on tight angles but your right. Production is spotty at best.

His best moments come when he combines and finds space. But since the winter break he's been a lot less effective in my eyes.

JG has characteristics we could use in the NT though, so it'd be great if he can earn a place in the team. Right now it's a long shot though.

I don't think I've ever seen him play at club level, except for maybe some of those Bayern friendlies years back. Is he essentially an Alejandro Bedoya?

Anti Bedoya. Green is skilled, sleepy, athletically challenged.

He's 25 already, so it's likely this is as good as he gets.

Is it me of JG seemed to have a bit of discomfort when walking out?

    Otherwise good assist.

That's going to translate to a Kicker 3,5 probably.

Bruh almost feathered that header too gently.

I think next season or two ignoring Furth getting promotion are likely Green's last chances to make 1BL. He'll be 27 by that point and if he hasn't convinced clubs he likely won't when older.

also recall Green saying he wants to play MLS in future as well.

needs to do a lot better than he has.

In all honesty the 2.Bundesliga is his level and at this point he must know it too.

Still, due to his particular set of skills, I think he's an interesting player for our NT.

Furth started in a 4-3-3 with Julian as the LCM but the last 25 minutes of the first half he seems to be playing more centrally as a #10 in a pseudo 4-3-1-2.
    0-0 at halftimr.

Typical Green match. Technically and tactically very good and plays very hard. Seems like he is continuing the controller/facilitator role at the club.

They need to win this one at home to keep any hope of making the promotion playoff. Leweling out injured now. 0-0 with less than 30 to go.

PS: Green, who has been somewhat irrelevant, gets a deserved yellow for manhandling a rival under the nose of the ref.

Nielsen had the goal but somehow shanked it. They're unlucky.

Green got too late to a ball that would have been a goal. Otherwise, he's doing better in the 2nd, much more involved.

Green out at the 83' mark. Overall, meh.

Green is #37 on the left. Right now losing 2-1. Next to last game, Fürth set to finish mid-table.

PS: Ernst just tied it from a Mayerhofer cross, Green not involved.

Max Wittek, their LB, guy playing behind Green and Nielsen, completely ignores Julian and rather passes the ball back or shoots it at legs to get a throw-in if he cannot pass it to Nielsen or Seguin.

    ----

It's over. GF finished attacking and close to winning as visitors.
