When I saw that originally, I was wondering if that was just something they had for the day. I was told that the jerseys weren't in yet from Nike and the printers, so we'll see. I'd rather it be green and if my choices are yellow and white, I don't know which I'd choose to be honest with you.
Kind of like the away kit, simple and clean. Need to see the home kit in person before I pass judgment.
If you were referring to my post, sorry. If you go to the second page it shows a green top with thin white hoops, with black shorts and socks! No numbers yet though.
I second that. I would personally like the green kit to be the home jersey and the yellow one to be the third, but I can't complain one bit. We have "three" kits for an inaugural franchise, as well as an updated website....finally. I would also hope to see an online shop up soon, but I'm pressing it because that's a lot of merchandise that they would have to introduce.
I wanted to go to that game sooooo bad, but I had to work. What was the score by the way?!?! And to not stray off topic, did they wear the black shorts and socks with them as well?!?!
It was a 2-2 draw. If my memory serves, they were wearing black shorts, green socks, and the green kit. I have decided to change my green Chucks to AC St. Louis Chucks, since we don't have the River Otters anymore anyway....will change the navy laces to gold laces.
Have the foreign players arrived yet?!?! I apologize. They wore green, not black socks as well against SIUE. This reminds me to get some new green kicks as well lol They're going to be Nike of course.
As for the foreign players, I really couldn't tell you. Ralston didn't play. There was a really quick and fun to watch striker who looked Eastern European, but there were no introductions or announcements of any kind there. So...I really don't know.
Re: Jerseys Elvir Kafedzic Yeah he was recently interviewed and said that he probably won't play the first few matches, just to be on the safe side. I think you're referring to Elvir Kafedzic. Someone told me he scored and had a really good game. UKStL must be stoked right about now.

Stisser is the player I was referring to. Without any names or numbers on their jerseys...made it kind of hard. I REALLY like him...and no Ralston for a few matches? Well that sucks.
Thanks for the correction by the way about Stisser. You guys are right about him he's very good. There's a youtube video of him playing in college and he made defenders look like two year olds sometimes And yeah it sucks that Ralston will be out.
Just read on ACSTL's Facebook page that they will not have jersey's for sale to the public until April 11. As much as that sucks that we have to wait another week, I do find it interesting that they say they will be available April 11 at AB SoccerPark. Does this mean they will have a little store, since their first game is at Carolina the night before? Or perhaps they are having an official rollout/press release, who knows? Well, here's hoping they start selling other merchandise soon!
They need to get jerseys and scarves by april 9th, and send people to Barrister's (not really, ghost town for soccer now), Llewellyn's, Tigin, and Amsterdam, to sell a bundle of a) a ticket, a jersey, and a scarf, b) 2 tickets, 2 jerseys, and 2 scarves. There also need to be youth jerseys available. Flags, perhaps?
Yes, talked to Brad Cleveland after the game and he reminded me it was their opening day. Makes sense now.

I don't recall precisely where I saw it, but it was on here somewhere. Someone had spoken to an up and up who said those were practice shirts.
