Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] I was only saying that it was good that he wasn't promoting himself shamelessly. I prefer subtlety when it comes to my players...
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Thanks for the info, this guy is in deed more than average player for mexican second division, I don't know if he could ever get a chance in the top category were the level is A LOT much harder, but if he keeps scoring he might get a shot.

Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Celtic beat Rangers 2-0 in the League Cup game. The second goal came when Nakamura's cross bounced off the keeper and into the goal. Does that count as an assist?
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Can't remember Nakamura doing much in the match, better than his first match against celtic and was actually outmuscling some players . but was the worst display of football by to teams i've seen in living memory, the only football the was played was after the ranegrs player got sent of and celtic started to pass it about

Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] i think it should be an own-goal for the keeper as he redirected the ball into his net.
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Sorry but Japanese media will not broadcast and not offer digest in InterNet.
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Shunsuke had a good game against Rangers, as Celtic won 3-0. He intercepted a pass and set up the cross for the first goal, then after a corner came back to him, he used some moves to get closer and crossed into the box to assist the second goal. He also stole the ball back for Celtic to help set up the 3rd goal.
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2005-06 [R] Inamoto started and played the full 90 minutes in West Brom's (gah) 4-0 home win over Everton. The Guardian also named him Man of the Match: http://football.guardian.co.uk/Observer_Match_Report/0,3740,1646872,00.html
