Hmmm.. that c-bus game last year left a bad taste but historically we've done well with him. One can hope...

I see Josh is the first United player to enter Yellow Peril.

So, Marshall cleans out Kuffor and no call. Wilson gets ball but comes in from behind and it's a PK?

Marrufo at his best. I was hoping Prideaux got a second yellow just to see what Jair would have done.

    Thx,

    Jay!

No, Ben Olsen also was riding high on caution points, but is not listed by the league, since he is not available for this match. I think he needs two more "nice boy" games to get out of purgatory.

Let make sure I have this straight:

Is the clown who reffed the the C'bus game Saturday night (and let Martino sit on the bench after giving him a red after two yellows) the same clown who let Prideaux continue to play with two yellows in Dallas?

If so -- he's improving. He's got the red after two yellows part down; now he needs to learn that sent off doesn't mean to the bench.

No offense guys, but don't you think it's going a little too far to be keeping tabs on referees? Just because some fanaticos in England do it dosen't mean we should.

    No.

Going a little too far would be if I posted their home addresses. :D

i was in a bar in portland oregon for the match and the usmnt staff was there watching the match. the dad of one of our players who has some job with USSF :) was sitting in front of me and when they carded dema i couldn't really see the play but of course started bitching and moaning, saying it was just kovalenko, then they showed the replay (which looked nasty) and ol bruce turns around and laughs and i just said "hey dude, i was just as bad a homer when you had the side". he just laughed.
