Pogba deal is done, he's expected in Italy to sign the contract and take his medical in early July.

Good. We need a new left winger since Rabiot is most likely gone :p

Reports are that Juve have decided to pass on Di Maria.

It’s crazy how all the journalists are reporting different information on Di Maria. Agresti says no change, Pedulla and Albanese have different answers.

Is he worth all this trouble?

he's 34 years old. terrific player no doubt... but let's go younger. Let's get someone that can grow with Chiesa and Dusan not a one and done.

    Give me Zaniolo instead.

I like Zaniolo’s talent. However, his two ACL tears in back to back seasons along with his attitude and off field issues is a pass for me. Especially for the prices that are being through around.

I would rather look other players. Gio Reyna from Dortmund could be a great player for a similar price and he is younger. Like Zaniolo, he can play centrally or on the wing.

Sure... someone like a Reyna i can get on board with as well. Don't think we'd win champions league this year adding Pogba and Di Maria. Therefore.. let's build towards it.

Others I would love to see than Reyna (whether or not they are feasible is a diff ?):

    - Antony (Ajax) although i believe hes linked to Man U
    - Berardi (Sassuolo)
    - Antonin Barak (Verona)

On a good day he is. But the good days are numbered. He's capable of masterful play when he is among masterful players

Di Maria is a bandaid. He obviously is not that keen. he will likely bail after the WC.

    No thanks.

    Antony - Absolutely
Berardi - I don’t hate it as much as others. I think he would bring something to the team. More than Berna or Morata as a winger. On the older side compared to Zaniolo, Antony, Reyna.
Barak - depth piece for me on a lower level talent wide compared to the players we are discussing (IMO of course. I don’t think he is bad, just not what we should be after if we are looking for players who could take Juve to the next level.

Someone mentioned it before, I would take Traore from Sassuolo.

The way that they have played the search for a new striker has been comical.

lol reports that Marotta has now offered Dybala a new deal, €5 million plus bonuses based on appearances and performances. It just keeps getting worse for him.

We are in deep trouble guys. De Ligt is 100% gone either this summer or next. If its this summer we are really screwed with only Bonucci Rugani.

hopefully management has a good strategy on this. Buy some CBs before selling de Ligt because once we sell other teams will gouge us on prices.

He has handed in a transfer request. IMO let him go for 90/100 million and use the cash to buy Bremmer from Torino and Zaniolo. Deligt wants to go to the premier league where he can earn more money.

For now there’s only speculation about De Ligt, even Agresti himself has said it, the club has received nothing from him, they’re still working towards a renewal.

Someone explain the logic of letting an injury-prone player in Dybala walk just to go after another one in Zaniolo who (1) we will have to pay a transfer fee for and (2) is less-accomplished and scores less than Dybala.

The more I think about the Dybala situation, the more idiotic it seems. Yes, he and his people massively screwed up the contract discussions with Juve and other sides; but FFS we have no replacement lined up and we are talking to lesser players.
