Guys - in the past two days there've been just two picks, but
we should have finished the 8th round. We'll give Spartak till this
afternoon to pick, but we really need to get back on track. The
best thing to do is to start discussing your next pick with your
    teammates now . . . Forza, ragazzi!

me and berga are picking when its our turn. the guys who havent picked can pick afterwards or at the end of the draft. its not our fault some of you guys dont bother participating.

Spartak won't be able to post till tomorrow, so the draft
    will move on.

    Canzano and Tottino, you're up.

When can I post our picks up? Now or should I wait until the end of the round?

Well, that's why I wanted us to get back on schedule on Monday.
Instead we all agreed we'd just keep picking (rather than following
a schedule)--and as you can see, what's happened is that people
have stopped picking altogether. We need to try to at least finish
the 8th round this week. comme and Italia1982 are free to pick and
I hope Spartak will get his pick in soon. Let's get moving, folks.

wouldnt have mattered if we were on schedule or not. we said all along that people can wait until its their turn if they wish to do so instead of picking once the team before have picked. those who have passed up on their window can pick later. its their own fault.

Man I hate having missed this... I have been away from the boards for a while and I have to congrat whoever had the idea of the draft.

Very nice way to jog our memory and remember great players from the past.

I am not sure if I am breaking any rule, but by browsing the draft I made a mental list of players not yet picked ....................

But you absolutely can't post the name of unpicked players. ;)

Sorry for the delay guys. I'ver been very busy the last two weeks and I think I also stretched myself too think with all these drafts I'm currently participating in(ATD, WD, and Italain draft). When I have the time I'll write better profiles for my last three picks.

I chose Loik because he is the ultimate compliment to Mazzola in midfield. Mazzola is our left sided 'regista' and Loik is our right sided 'ball winner'.

Loik and Mazzola in the one team. A deadly combination. Great pick Spartak.

Serious question here. Where's Hawkz? Does he have any influence on the picks? I've seen him posting in the Reggina forum and that's all.

Attilio Ferraris looks like a solid bastardo. You wouldn't want to mess with him. He'll give some strength in the midfield.

It may be a draft and the drafters have to consider their tactics and things like that but if this was done by a ranking, I'd rank Loik and Ferraris IV ahead of Evani.

Like Tassotti, I believe the only reason why he was at USA 94 was because Sacchi was the coach.

There are a few teammates of his, one at AC Milan and about two or three at Sampdoria, who should have been selected before he was.

Gentlemen! Cassano is away this morning, so as requested I
posted his team's double pick: Romeo Menti and Riccardo Ferri.

I've also updated the recap thread. The 9th round has begun!
    Have at, Nick-Shen-ASF. :)

Another note: Riccardo Ferri is a player I chose for the All-Time
Draft. Here's the profile I did:
