Hopefully we can try and keep up with the Israelis playing abroad, besides those in England and Belgium.

There are several of them out there:

Dudu Awat (Deportivo la Coruna, Spain)
    Roberto Colautti (Borussia, Germany)
    Gai Assulin (Barcelona youth, Spain)
    Pini Balili (Sivasspor, Turkey)
    Haim Megrelashvili (Vitesse, Netherlands)

I'm sure there are many more, so let us try to watch them.

Yeah. Klemi Saban now plays for Maccabi Netanya, and Kobi Nachtailer used to play for FC Vaslui but according to Wikipedia is off their squad roster for some reason.

And since the Premier League thread is the Premier League, we can also include Ben Sahar until his loan at QPR ends.

Wikipedia says that Ziv is set to go to Copenhagen in January but I don't know if there's any truth behind that.

Suffice to say if any Israeli at Beitar has a chance to Europe they should not think twice about it.

Wonder if there will be any renewed intrest from England for Toto Tamuz after speculation that Portsmouth wanted him. Club like Portsmouth would be excellent for Toto.

Being a Chelsea Supporter its great to have Sahar but I would like Maor Buzaglo. Maor Bunzaglo really impressed in the Israel Youth side that played in this years Northern Ireland Milk Cup which saw Israel win and Buzaglo get the Golden Boot Award.

Guy Assulin is supposedly recovering well from his injury and should be back to full fitness in two weeks. Then, he might sign with Manchester City or another European team because he is a free agent.. I hope he goes to a club where he won't play reserves or sit on the bench.

That is, if he is allowed by the IDF to even return to Spain. Ness has been kept in Israel for the past three weeks and his story even made news in Spain's top sports paper. Surely, the authorities will recognise that he constitues an elite athlete and allow him to return to Albacete..

Samuel Scheimann (no.18) scored for FC Den Bosch in their 3-1 win over Sparta Rotterdam in the Dutch second division. He scored the first goal.

He's finally healthy last I heard, playing for Man City's reserves. Wouldnt be surprised if they brought him over to the states this summer for their tour.
