Are the better outside backs usually on the left flank?

    ie Roberto Carlos, Lizazaru(sp)...etc.

    Maybe you are right.

I have always loved soccer and I have watched plenty of games on tv.

Since I am from Australia, it is mainly on SBS, which shows some great games.

Yeah we have by FIFA. Sorry to have to say this but FIFA made a disgraceful decision. But that's another story.

Does that mean you actually have to play a decent side to get into the world cup lol? I remember when Terry Venables managed the scceroo's, was brilliant manger for England, but never quite managed it in the land of oz.

Yeah it probably does mean that, Harry.

Venables was pretty slow as a manager for the Socceroos. :( But he is doing well now.

Yeah it was fantastic to win against England in a friendly.
It is the same over here in Australia. We always call these games against England "The Ashes", just like when Australia plays England in cricket!

You win the cricket every time you bastards, but England look good in the rugby at the moment, good chance of wining the world cup.

    Hehehe!:p

  13. Carlos can't defend - which is a left backs main task.
