That is a bit of a ridiculous comparison. I would compare MLS to League 2 in France, Although my local team here in Salt Lake looks more like a reserve squad to be honest.

    http://www.rte.ie/radio1/

You'll want to make sure you get on about an hour before k.o....I've tried to get on 15 min before and it is impossible.

    Yes.
Wrong. All he had to do was be born in Ireland.
There was very little wrong with either Dean Kiely or Alan Kelly. Kenny, by all accounts is a decent keeper, not in the league with Given, but then again, few are. He is most certainly in the same league as Taylor, who can never play for Ireland, having played for Northern Ireland.

if he is from "northern " ireland he is still eligable to play for us since.....

    1) his grand parents before 1916 (re the leg end that was alan kernagahn)
    2) the good friday agreement (re lennon before he got sense!)

anyway i have a good feeling about tonight

    come on

Will this game be available on line (radio)?

I wouldn't mind listening to it. Starts at 20:45 GMT time or 19:45?

Latest rumours from Lansdowne Road indicate O'Shea will start in midfield in place of Kavanagh.

Prediction: 0 - 0, if anyone scores it'll be in the dying minutes, Irish acts of desperation may result in a goal for them, or a goal against them if they're wreckless.

one thing i feel about Kerr is that he ...in fact,,,wasted the friendly games...he really didnt try anything at all...
like try out more younger guys
like try out o shea in mid (apart from one fuking game)
    like try and play Ireland
like try a few of the cork city boys...kearney
    or maybe im wrong

    ok Sam
    i kind of thought so

Here's the link to Shanghai Sports. You need PPLive to watch.

Regarding PBP, I'll try, but I can't guarentee that I'll be able to see/listen to the match. If someone in Ireland could, it would be much better.

RTE's coverage here in Ireland is after starting 7PM. looks like the crowd are piling into the ground already, John O'Shea, after being moved into Central midfield
    Given
    CArr Cunningham Dunne Harte
    A Reid Holland O'Shea Kilbane
    Morrison R.KEane

Switzerland unchanged from the France game

    Giles, Dunphy,

He's saying O'shea bad choice for the midfield, hope J'Os proves him wrong, Com on the Waterford lad, make us proud
