this game should be better. I think we should start the same line up as the Belarus game then half time we throw in Palacios, Mosky, Tomas, and keep Rambo.

vs Azerbaiyán: Gato Canales, Mendoza, Muma, Emilio, Figueroa, Amado, Wilson, Ramon Nuñez, Edgar, Rambo y David Suazo.

    So its a
    --------Canales---------
    Sergio-Muma-Maynor-Emilio
    -------Wilson------------
    Edgar-------Amado-Ramon
    ------Rambo-------------
    -------------Suazo------

I think its obvious Rueda has in mind Sergio Mendoza, Emilio, Amado, Wilson and David as starters at this point. Possibly Edgar and Rambo as well. Rambo must have a good game, he did not have a good one last time around, so must David, but I think he is assured to start. I think he is still deciding on who should start with Maynor and I think we will play with one striker but Rambo as support forward. It does not necessarily mean its defensive.

    Lets see.

http://www.justin.tv/honducarlostvg#r=VwXGGoQ~ good link for the game.

Gotta love how Nasralla points out that Hitler was born in Austria, where the game is being played. Why oh why?

So far we are looking better on possession than last time, of course Wilson and Amado are better than Bonieck and Hendry at keeping the ball.

I don't like the red GK sweater, I like it black.

Rambo recovered a ball deep and crossed it, but David was not able to get unto it.

As much as I dislike Nasralla, he had one cool Joma Honduras Jacket on. ARe those on sale?

The Pitch is wet from the rain, so the ball is moving quick.

Edgar with a cross, but cleared.

We are clearly a better team, but need to be much better in the final third.

We just had a great chance. Palacios opened wide with a through ball to Rambo who crossed, the keeper tipped it before David got there. Amado hit it on the rebound but did too many players on the way.

Its time for a corner. Rambo to take it.

Good defense on the counter from us. Canales was not able to clear well, huge pifia, but was cleared.

Good play from Honduras, with a good possession. But Ramon shot to softly and it ended up being easy for the keeper.

A one two between edgar and wilson did not work, but we have space. We are lacking alot of precision right now in the final third, we should have a goal by now with the chances we've had.

They had a great possession, got a weak shot off though and Canales had it easy.

They are having a little more of the ball now, but do not know how to use it.

I like how Muma is making his presence known against a minnow team...but when it comes to big teams...he's as useless as Salvador Nasralla's knowledge of Austria.

Azerbaijan's anthem sounds like something youd here in a dramatic movie about the dark ages before the king gets killed...

my impersonation of Salvador Nasralla's narraration of this game. just translate it to spanish.

    :D

We need to be much more precise, much quicker at making decisions.

I guess they don't demand much from us, so we dont give much. Hopefully its that.

    Foul, looks like Rambo distance.

    Ufff close from Rambo.

Edgar needs much better decision making. That one cross had to be through the ground, and he took a shot when he should have passed.

since Muma looks decent so far...I propose that he takes a freekick.
