I am currently not working and have a lot of time on my hands duirng the day .While my friends can only play on weekends, I am looking for drills I can do by myself during the day to improve myfeet skills/fitness

I am tired of jogging and kicking the ballk against teh wooden "goal" that is set up at teh local field..

Any drills to help develop my acceleration, dribbling, etc?

a good drill to do on your own is set up cones in a line and practice cutting around each one and then when you get to the last one sprint back to the beginning with the ball. It's not really exciting but it might help you gain speed.

I did. I mentioned that in my post. ;)

I am looking more toward developing quicker feet and better dribbling. These are the weaknesses of my game b/c I have been shooting/passing/heading vs. the wall for awhile now...
