Well, planes have been around since the late 1700s, at least. No one would even blink hard if he did say it. OK - I listened to about 30 seconds and could not get past this bit: "seized victory from Cornwallis OF Yorktown...." Was Cornwallis from Yorktown?
That's 30 seconds longer than I'm going to listen. But General Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown. Roby or Taosjohn was there, IIRC. They can tell you what George Washington thought about Cornwallis.
Remind us which part mentions the filibuster. https://t.co/4z8w5nFI3P— Brian Tyler Cohen (@briantylercohen) September 17, 2021
Clarence Thomas, whose rulings in key cases mysteriously always conform with his political and partisan preferences, says the justices do not make decisions based on politics. Hahahahaha https://t.co/Sxk1VVh0v2— Norman Ornstein (@NormOrnstein) September 17, 2021
I was a Lanced Cpl after I got dragooned into the fray! Gen. Laughayette had some good one-liners though.
Now, now. Not everybody makes the cut to be accepted at Patrick Henry College. Out of every 20 applicants, it rejects 1. Let's give Madison credit, he was among the successful 19.
Thanks, Obama. Daily Wire host says Barack Obama destroyed rock 'n roll because "rock 'n roll was about white male angst...Barack Obama came along and said young white men aren't allowed to have angst" pic.twitter.com/hhmXcwEEKo— Jason S. Campbell (@JasonSCampbell) September 15, 2021
Never listen to talk shows, either TV or radio. Ever. The guy could have done a 60 second Google search, as I just did, and learned that the only rock album since 1995 to be the top-selling Billboard album for the year was in 2001, by Linkin Park, and realized that Barack Obama had jackall to do with rock's demise. But if he did the research and knew something, he wouldn't be on a talk show, would he?
Maybe if young white people bought records by young white rockers, there would be some demand. Instead, they buy Lil Nas X albums.
If I may be serious for a moment, who buys records? Streaming services have boosted genres based around the single. CDs boosted genres based around the album. The former replacing the latter has made it hard to be a rock star. "We have so far stuck 34,911,907 testing strips up people’s noses, to discover around 80,000 positive cases. That means 34.8 million of those tests were unnecessary; so at more than $100 each, we’ve spent $3.5bn on literally nothing."https://t.co/IRZqPdS8J8— Adam Creighton (@Adam_Creighton) September 17, 2021
I still do, but nearly as many as I used to, since I have not set up the stereo with my CD player or record player after moving last year. Instead, I had a wireless sound system installed for my tv/streaming. I will still buy a CD now and then, which I rip onto an SD card for use in my car...or play the CD in the car. My car is too old and interent is too spotty outside of wifi around here to use a streaming service in the car.
I am having this issue as well. Setting up my record player is on my to do list, but i need to buy a new cartridge etc etc and streaming is just so easy
She is truly on a roll lately. Last week it was Larry Elder, now she is full support of Nicki Minaj. She is a nut job!
Very normal country Marge Greene says in 2022 she is going to “blow away the Democrats’ socialist agenda,” then blows up a car with “socialism” on it with a 50-caliber rifle she is auctioning off for contributions. pic.twitter.com/b10wGwVVW2— Ron Filipkowski (@RonFilipkowski) September 18, 2021
You need a negative test to travel...also to ensure you are not sick if you feel some symptoms before returning to the work place. Not sure that means, "for nothing".
Wait, so we’re at risk of shortages of the monoclonal antibody treatment because states like Florida are giving it out like candy to people who refuse to be vaccinated, and then the federal government pays for the treatment. It pays to be selfish.— John Aravosis 🇺🇸🇬🇷🏳️🌈 (@aravosis) September 20, 2021 We need to find a way for people and states to be more responsible for their bad decisions.
