Pretty much this. DeSantis' only knows how to feed red meat to a base, but according to reports, he is an uncharming psychopath. Reportedly he wouldn't tell somebody back up so you could throw the ball deeper when playing catch you just keep throwing over the guy's head until the guy eventually just backed up.
