Scotland, Canada, Ireland and Bermuda are into the semi's and all into the World Cup. The last two for the first time. Denmark, Holland, Namibia and UAE to playoff for the final spot, the final four teams get to playoff for 9th to 12th spot. Anyone know how come there are so few teams this year? It's seemed to be increasing in size every time, yet now there are only 12 teams in it.
