Everyone should wear Burn jerseys to the game Saturday, since it is the last game at the Cotton Bowl. I was thinking of it as a tribute to the Burn. I don't know it's just an idea.
I said on TIDN that I would wear a 97 Inferno jersey, but I think I missed the point (Bula Jacket, maybe you weren't so far off on that reading comprehension thing!) I'll be there in my 96 Burn kit. (Ugh - at least it is mostly red....)
(bump) Don't forget to wear your Burn Red and Black gear this evening. It's a tribute to the formative years of the franchise that lead to the new brand in the new soccer specific stadium in Frisco. Had it not been for 9 years of effort and dedication by every single player, coach, front office personnel, press and fans; FC Dallas in Frisco never would have happened.
Count me in too, this will be the last time I will wear a Burn Jersey after I put it in a big frame at home....
Unfortunately, many of the team and especially the refs saw all the retro uni's on fans and played and reffed like it was '03 at Sucklake.
Which is why I wore a tank underneath MY Burn jersey... the reason we tied is because a lot of us took our jerseys off at halftime. I'm sure of it. Take this as a warning, peeps. Wear Burn @ PHP and we'll have to hurt ya. ... JK, of course.
