WNBA official Bill Stocks collapsed from an apparent heart attack during the 2nd half tonight's Comets/Starzz game 3 he was taken to a local houston hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition (source Oxygen Network TV coverage) the game was restarted after about a 15 minuite delay...my thoughts and prayers go out to this guy...i remember when John McSherry died behind home plate...ppl sometimes forget how much energy it takes to ref a game, its incidents like these that put things into prospective. ill post an article when i can find one.
I hear he's been upgraded from critical to serious condition. Don't know what that means, but if it's an upgrade it must be pretty good.
