It was pretty funny, but I would have enjoyed it more if it didn't include the mindlessly partisan attack on missile defense.

I just wonder how you can support a leftist Massachusetts liberal whose only real supporter is a ailing ex-president that was impeached!

The Michael Kelly article is hysterical, too. His rant on the Clinton administration pales in comparison to the obvious flaws of the Bush administration. Bush supporters really can suspend disbelief.

The "lesser of two evils"; i.e., Kerry/Edwards, would either be the twins or Heinz-Kerry herself, and that's illogical. Therefore it must be the better of "two evils", and that would be two better: Bush/Cheney! Logical!

Where is Kerry when you need him to "out" a sock-puppet?

    Lesser of 2 evils:
Uh, yeah, I think if you cornered enough ppl, most decisions in the last 20 years have been of this variety. Heck, in '92 I voted for Clinton as a lesser of 2 (o.k., 3) evils. In '96, that wasn't the case for me, but it WAS for a ton of ppl. In 2000, some of my respected, intelligent Reep friends voted Bush as the lesser of 2 evils.

What makes this election so important is that Bush is truly an international threat and an incompetent domestic leader.

As a Reep, doesn't it disturb you that things are sooo bad that the most popular prez in history has squandered his lead and screwed up domestically and internationally sooo badly that a staid Massachusetts liberal is running so close?

Hey, I admit that Kerry isn't my most favorite candidate for prez, but b/c I live in CA, I have zero say in the matter in primaries and at the federal level. Isn't it alarming that Kerry has this much backing (think about it: KERRY!) that he has a realistic shot at overtaking King Jorge?

    twisting in the wind?

    i personally am stunned that:

a catholic that condons divorce and abortion

a military veteran that comitted treason and war crimes

a politician that has done nothing of merrit in 20 years

a candidate that has a plan for everything that will result in a better outcome than all that has gone before that he unfortunatly can't articulate

has 45% of the population convinced he is part of a solution when he has never been part of the solution on anything

    What?
Nobody is calling this guy a sock, too?
He joined last Janurary with under 30 posts to his name and the supposed sock joined two years before that!

    ERobens, welcome to the forum.
manu1959, welcome to the forum as well.
I am not impressed yet, but we will have to see how you get along here. ;)

Let's get on topic, leave the post fixing to the experts and the sock drawer to the supermods. Otherwise this beautiful thread will be closed.

I wonder how you can support a former drug addict and alcoholic whose only does things to help the rich and super rich, breaking nearly all the promises he made to the lower classes in the campaign.
