How to get to Rutgers Wednesday?

Given that the game is not on TV, I am very much interested in going on Wednesday. I have looked at taking the train, but am not sure if the New Brunswick station is anywhere near the stadium. On top of that, after the game you'd have to go from Metropark, rather than New Brunswick, and I have no idea where that is. The train seems like a difficult way to do it.

I can probably leave work at 1 or 2, and have to be at work at 8 the next morning.

Is there a Screaming Eagle bus going, by any chance?

If not, does anyone know if there's any way to Greyhound it?

Any thoughts or recommendations on how to get there and back would be greatly appreciated.

has info on the directions, etc.

there is an informal carpool heading up, i don't know anything about taking trains/buses to rutgers. i'd assume since it is on a college campus it can be gotten to by public transport.

i got home at 3:30 after the Scum match thursday, so 8 am will come pretty fast for you.

If you take the train to New Brunswick...you would probably need a cab to get over to the soccer facilities as they are located on the Piscataway campus...you could walk but it would take a while...

I hope MaxSchulz made it to Rutgers alright.

I'd hate to think he's been wandering around New Jersey for two years looking for the stadium.

I am completely confused why my innocent posting from what? -- nearly two years ago? -- has just resurfaced.

I ended up not going. Given the crappy result, I think I made the right decision.

While I admire you honesty, Max, I must say that you passed up a great opportunity to spin a yarn.

I think Max needs to spend less time posting on BS. Heck in 3 1/2 years, 18 posts is less than 6 posts a year.

I almost feel sorry for uni-nipple Max, join me in pushing into bi-nipple!

What's funny is that this thread had a grand total of TWO posts in 2003, and this is the 16th in 2005.
