With Mario Martin and Nico Paz we will have it.

This how it seems to be happening. I still think that Jude Bellingham helps our team best by playing in Kroos's position.

Mario Marin and Nico Paz should be competing for the 7th spot in midfield and play sparingly at best, not be relied upon for rotations and injuries.

I prefer Rodrygo to stay for the coming season.

But if City does bid a crazy amount and he wants to leave now, I wouldnt be against it. Though this scenario is unlikely. Next year would be pretty different though.

he’s very good, but I highly doubt he’d ever be better than Vini and Mbappe.

It feels like both Camavinga and Rodrygo are way past the point of earning their respect and respective places in the starting lineup or having to prove themselves. Especially given no coaching change or good reasons to change tactics, formations, etc., nobody new brought in to compete directly with them for where they've previously featured, no long term injuries or suspensions to take into consideration.

It's Mapped that needs to have a few months Bellinghamesquely remarkable performances that declare he can't be kept off the field or out of the lineup. Until then he's even behind the likes of Guler and Brahim Diaz, who at least have some goals and gold medals to their credit as Madrid players.

If you're suggesting Mbappé needs to fight for his place in the team, keep dreaming.

No point in keeping Latasa or Paz, Latasa is not good enough and Paz is too good for the minutes he will get. The rest looks pretty strong tbh. Lunin, Rodrygo and Tchouameni in CB might be a problem but I trust Carlo to manage that situation well.

I assume if they can sell or loan Latasa they will. He is not Madrid level. Basically anyone will play ahead of him even if they aren't a striker.

Paz should probably go out on a one year loan, but who knows at this point. I thought something would have been worked out by now but he is still here kicking around. If Modric leaves next summer, he suddenly has a potential spot on the bench. I don't think they want to sell him, otherwise he would have been moved by now.

The midfield actually looks thin. Tchouameni is basically the 3rd CB, and Modric is almost 40 and the 1st midfielder off the bench. So you could end up having to play Nico and Martin in midfield some minutes with the amount of games they have lined up this year. Ceballos is probably getting minutes this year whether we like it or not.

He has done more than enough to warrant a starting spot. But Real Madrid is difficult, and I'm sure he'll get to play a lot considering injuries etc. But again, I'm very impressed with his development (even more than his compatriot who's also very good), exceptionally unique player!

Yep. its Rodrygo or Camavinga for the starting 11. And with Camavinga its way more balanced.

Its very simple, Mbappe is an upgrade on Rodrygo. If we can get 100+ million offer for Rodrygo its worth reinvesting it in a midfielder that would take Camavinga's role in the team from previous seasons.

    It should be Camavinga

a 433 with one of the midfield 3 being Jude is very attack minded

It's also a case that Rodrygo, for me, doesn't really do much on the right. Can't cut it, doesn't really cross etc. Part of the problem is that he may play too wide. If he's going to be on the right, furthest he should be is the right edge of the box. Leave the wing play and crosses to the right back.

It's one of the reasons I kept brought up thr 343 a while ago, then recently kept referencing a 352. We get out best players on the pitch in roles they are comfortable in those formations.

I would have Carvajal as RCB, with freedom to roam right side and have Tchouameni tuck in form midfield as a sweeping DM/CB hybrid.

Camavinga from LM, Jude Central, Fede RM and have Vini, Mbappe and Rodrygo on top.

There are weak points in everything but if they press when they can cover gaps on left and right sides

I think the front 3 will not have fixed positions. We'll see those guys all over the place, and hopefully, it will work wonders.

Remember Carlo tag teaming Vini and Rodrygo on the left against City?

Get ready for the triple! Everyone attack that lefthand side!

After agreeing to buy Endrick for R$411 million in December 2022, Real Madrid is now looking at another name from Palmeiras . It is defender Vitor Reis , who is just 18 years old. ESPN has learned that the Merengues are looking at the newest starter in the Alviverde defensive system.

However, the Spanish are not the only ones keeping an eye on Vitor Reis. The report also found out that clubs such as PSG , Arsenal and Manchester United are also closely following the gem. However, the situation is still in the study stage, and there have been no official approaches to the youngster so far.

The defender's staff is also following the moves by European clubs to look for the youngster, but they have not been approached so far. After standing out for Palmeiras' under-20 team, Vitor Reis was promoted to the main team and impressed coach Abel Ferreira with solid performances.

The defender's good performance prompted Palmeiras to act quickly and agree a contract extension with the defender. On August 1, Vitor Reis signed with the club until the end of 2028.

So far, the boy has played ten matches with the main team and scored two goals, in classics against Corinthians (2-0) and Flamengo (1-0).
